The boring bits
Privacy policy
Short version: we only collect what the interest form asks for, we only use it to plan the trip, and it's gone the moment you ask.
What we collect
When you fill in the Valencia 2027 interest form, we ask for:
- Your name and email address, so we can get back to you about the trip.
- How many escape rooms you've played, so we can match the group's experience level.
- Which March 2027 weekends you'd be free, and whether you're interested in the core weekend, the horror day, or both.
- Any message you choose to leave — for example, if you'd like to share a hotel room to keep costs down.
Why we collect it
Only to plan the trip: to confirm the trip is going ahead, pick the weekend that suits the most people, put together the group, and contact you about the details. We never use your details for anything else, and we never sell or share them with anyone.
Where it's kept
Your submission is stored in our website's secure database. Only Room Raiders can see it — it isn't shown anywhere on the site, and other visitors can't access it.
Your choices
Expressing interest costs nothing and commits you to nothing — the trip only happens once enough people are in, and you'll hear from us before anything is confirmed.
Want to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted entirely? Just send us a note through the interest form (or reply to any email we've sent you) and we'll take care of it.
